Arhatic Yoga is an extraordinary path of personal growth, structured through several levels. On the initial levels it can be defined as a system of synthesis of all Yogas, as it integrates their essence and best techniques into a single system, whereas on the advanced levels it is also defined as "Yoga of Synthesis". Arhatic Yoga is so powerful that few months of practice equal decades of exercise with ordinary Yoga. Practicing Arhatic Yoga allows you to develop and build your "Golden Body", which is the key to long life and spiritual integration. The teachings are based on five pillars or aspects that allow a rapid and dynamic development of the student. Arhatic Yoga encourages practitioners to live balancing spirituality and material needs. It is said to be the Yoga of the twenty-first century.
